If there are no question mappings, variable mappings can also be viewed by navigating to Admin > Datasets > search for the prefix then select VIEW e.g. https://closer-archivist.herokuapp.com/admin/datasets/130/exports

Airtable

  • When the mappings have been checked and sent back by the study, change the status of the dataset or questionnaire (depending on which mappings have been completed) on Airtable to "info received - checking" and add a comment to this effect.
  • When the mappings have been successfully loaded into Archivist, change the status of the dataset or questionnaire (depending on which mappings have been completed) on Airtable to "Ready for Discovery" and add a comment to this effect.
