XML and HTML directly exported from LimeSurvey are used as an import for the parser https://gitlab.com/closer-cohorts1/parse-questionnaires/parsethe parse_quexml parser. The parser uses .xml for labels, question text, and responses, and HTML for instructions which match the PV_.pdf. Conditions need to be added manually - these can be the PDF or the CSV produced by the parser.
