- If you want to apply the same acquisition parameters that you used for a previous experiment the easiest way to do this is to navigate to the file in the Explorer within the Olympus acquisition software.
- Right click on the file (should be either .oif or .oib file format) and select Load Acquisition Parameters… from the list of options.
- The software will automatically load all settings. The only thing you need to change manually is the objective lens.
