Some questionnaires contain images which are associated with questions. These images should be saved to the questionnaire's bundles folder using the steps below:

  1. Create a snip of the image containing the complete image and any code values associated with the image.
  2. Name the image file after the qc containing the image.
  3. If the image is required as an aid to more than 1 question, a copy of the image must be saved and named separately for each question that it is required for.
  4. Within the bundles folder for the specific questionnaire, create a folder named images, and within that create another folder named after the questionnaire prefix, and save the newly created images in there. This will enable them to be located systematically when the questionnaire is loaded into Discovery.
    1. Example: S:\IOESRI_MetaData\CLOSER_Metadata\bundles\us_covid_yq6\Images\us_covid_yq6\
  5. Add a tick to the "Images" column in Airtable, which can be found on the PDFs table, to ensure images are not missed when adding content to Discovery.
