This page is still under construction.

  1. On the Build page, under Constructs notice that one sequence has already been entered. This is the top sequence or title of the questionnaire.

  2. Click Constructs.

  3. Select Add New + on the grey bar, a Construct Type option box will appear.

  4. Click Sequence to add a sequence.

  5. Add a label for your sequence in the Label field. This is the first sequence after the top sequence and should identify the questionnaire clearly. This is usually the prefix of the questionnaire, for example alspac_91_pq.

  6. All other constructs should be inside this first sequence.

  7. Click Save to save your new sequence

  8. The next construct(s) that might need to be entered is one or more Statements such as the title of the questionnaire and an introduction. If so, go to instructions on how to Add Statements .

  9. Otherwise continue with creating any section sequences positioning them inside the prefix.

  10. Click Add New + on the grey bar again.

  11. Add the sequence Label which is the sequence text, for example ‘Section A’ and click Save.

  12. Repeat as required.

  13. You can also view your new question construct in the View screen. Select the prefix of your questionnaire in the breadcrumb at the top of the page. This is useful for reviewing the entry.

  14. Return to the Build screen by selecting the option from the breadcrumb.
