Multiple response domains

A question requests information from a respondent and the Response Domain is the format in which that information is provided. Most questions have a single response domain. Questions with more than one answer are input as multiple response domains.

• Multiple numeric response domains: Physical measurement  and Age related
• Codelist with text response domain
