Question constructs are used for positioning question items and grids within the questionnaire flow.
The interviewee is assigned when creating the question construct.

Question constructs position question items and question grids within the flow of a questionnaire. They sit alongside other constructs (Conditions, Loops, Statements, Sequences).
The label for the question construct must mirror the label for the question item or grid that it is placing in the questionnaire. So, if you were adding question item qi_1 to the questionnaire flow, you would create a question construct with the label qc_1 (see Construct a Label for further guidance).
When creating a question construct, you need to select either Item or Grid in the Type field, depending on whether you are adding a question item (Item) or question grid (Grid).
The Interviewee for the question is assigned when creating the question construct.
