Multiphoton quick shut down

  • If the Chameleon is on, tune to 800nm and wait for it to stabilise

  • Switch all lasers to 'off' in the software. 

  • Close software & shut down computer

  • Switch the the three main switches off 5 minutes after switching lasers off in software

  • If the Chameleon was in use, go round the table and switch the key of the Chameleon to the 'Standby' position.
