Reassessments how to guide
Navigate to the Marks Transfer dashboard as usual (log into your Moodle course and go to the main course tabs then click More and choose SITS Marks Transfer).
In the top left of the Marks Transfer dashboard, there is now a drop-down menu where you can choose between Main assessment and Re-assessment. Choose Re-assessment to go to the set-up page for any reassessments.
Now go to the relevent module delivery table, and as with main assessments, click Select source to the right of the Portico component you wish to transfer marks to.
Choose the Moodle reassessment activity, grade book item or grade book category you wish to transfer marks from on the Select source page.
Click Confirm in the confirmation box.
The rest of the process is now the same as usual in Moodle: simply click “Transfer marks” when there are marks to transfer for the linked reassessment activity.
Once Moodle marks transfer has been completed successfully, check the mark is in Portico then continue the usual process for administering student reassessments there.
