Moodle retention policy

UCL keep a a number of archives of Moodle for reference purposes allowing read-only access to staff and students previously enrolled on courses held on earlier Moodle instances. The number of prior Moodle instances available is governed by section 1.1.11 of UCL's records retention schedule a link to which  can be found at: https://ww w.ucl.ac.uk/library/about-us/records-office/records-retention.

This requires retention for current academic year + 6 years. As Snapshots are being phased out and replaced with a single-Moodle model. Here are the planned phase out dates for the remaining Snapshots:
