Moodle retention policy

UCL keep a a number of archives of Moodle for reference purposes allowing read-only access to staff on earlier Moodle instances. The number of prior Moodle instances available is governed by section 1.1.11 of UCL's records retention schedule a link to which  can be found at: https://ww w.ucl.ac.uk/library/about-us/records-office/records-retention.

This requires retention for current academic year + 6 years. As Snapshots are being phased out and replaced with a single-Moodle model. Here are the planned phase out dates for the remaining Snapshots:
