Key information 

All web based applications should comply to their best ability with the UCL Design System guidelines. As part of the Theme UI/UX work the Theme Product work will identify with Digital Presence team and Titus Learning, what from the Design Guidelines can be implemented with the Titus supplied theme.

In scope

Work with Digital Presence to provide user stories on specific elements of the Design-Systems component guidlines to implement as part of the UCL/Titus Theme development

Titus Learning will review each user story and respond either with implementing the request or identifying why the request cannot be implemented with Moodle

Theme UI/UX changes will be reviewed by internal stakeholders to ensure that value is being delivered.

Out of scope

Not all changes will be deployed into the UCL Moodle theme during this TI or TI 3/4. Moodle Theme development will continue based on stakeholder feedback until all exisiting needs and govering principles of the UCL design process are met.

Acceptance Criteria to include

Digital Presence feedback is written up as user stories for Titus to review and implement as possible.
