Creating a FLOWlock exam paper or assignment or coursework brief
IMPORTANT: Creating exam papers in WISEflow is an academic responsibility. Content should be added by users with expertise in the subject matter to ensure that any risk of error is minimised.
What is a FLOWlock exam?
The FLOWlock type flow is used for exams with a predefined assignment, where students write their responses into a single response box, using the built-in editor in WISEflow.
You might also want to create a coursework brief that will be attached to a FLOWassign, FLOWhandin or FLOWattend type flows. The process for all these flow types is the same.
However, if you are creating an assignment for a FLOWmulti exam, the process is different. For guidance on this please see: Creating a FLOWmulti exam paper or assignment
Create a FLOWlock exam
Write your exam paper or assignment brief using your word processor of choice and save it as a PDF so that it can be viewed directly in WISEflow.
Finalise and share
Provide the PDF file to a user with Manager access (e.g. a programme administrator) so that they can attach it to the flow. If it is a centrally managed exams, the central exams team can attach this for you.
