Past Assesments (Archived Flows)

Past Assesments (Archived Flows)

Overview

Flows (assessments) are automatically archived in WISEflow 30 days after the end date/ time of the marking period and any individual marking deadlines or publication dates have passed. Once a flow has been archived, it becomes read-only and no settings or staff/ student enrolments can be amended.

Archived flows will also be labelled as such when they are accessed:

Archived flows are moved out of the concluding phase and can be accessed via the Archived flows button in the upper right corner of your overview:

Note: Archived flows will also be removed from other users' flow overviews (i.e. markers, students, etc.) so that they can continue to see current and upcoming assessment information. Other users will also have an archive button in the top right of their overviews that they can use to access older flows.

Manual Archiving

In order for any flow to be archived, the following dates/ times must have ended:

  • The end of the marking period

  • Any individual marking deadlines

  • Any optional publication date that was set

If you would like to archive a flow at an earlier time:

  1. Access the relevant flow as a Manager.

  2. Click the burger button in the upper right corner and select End flow.

Reopening an Archived Flow

Tip: Make a note of the original end of the marking period before you reopen any archived flows.

The flow overview only displays current assessments, so WISEflow will change the end of the marking period to a more recent date/ time to meet this condition. This date should be re-entered once you have finished making any changes in order to maintain accurate records.

  1. Access the relevant archived flow as a Manager. Make a note of the date/ time in the End of marking period field.

  2. Click the burger button in the upper right corner and select Reopen flow.

You can now make amendments to the flow as needed. Set the end of the marking period back to its original date/ time again once you have finished.
