Withdrawing a Grade
Once grades have been submitted you will not be able to edit them. A submitted grade can be returned to an editable state by unlocking or withdrawing it.
Inside the marking tool, click the Grade button to open the Grade panel. Alternatively, on the main flow page click the Edit grade button:
On the grade panel, click the Withdraw button:
Optionally, you can add a note to the Audit Trail to explain why the grade is being withdrawn. Click Withdraw to finish:
The grade will now return to an editable state and can be changed before being resubmitted.
If the option to withdraw a grade is not available, you will need to ask the moderator (Reviewer) responsible for finalising grades to unlock this for you.
If the grade has already been finalised by the Reviewer, this will need to be unlocked by a Manager for the assessment first.
