Description
The LCN currently has two Bruker CellHesion 200 systems primarily for measuring cell to cell or cell to substrate interactions. It can also quantify cell elasticity and response to mechanical stress. One system is mounted on an Olympus FV1000 confocal system with a motorised stage which can also be moved to a home built upright setup and the other is stationed on an inverted IX73 microscope.
