The LMCB light microscopy facility has several items of equipment from Warner Instruments for perfusion and environmental control of chambers inserted into 35 mm dishes. The information below should hopefully provide simple guides to assembling the Warner's equipment and consumables is very flexible and can be set up in many ways to make many kinds of perfusion systems. Unfortunately this also makes it rather tricky and time-consuming to work out how to put it all together. The simple guides below will hopefully provide enough information to allow you to assemble equipment for use in microscope environmental chambers and other situations.
