NA = Numerical Aperture, WD = Working Distance

There is also a 60x UPLSAPO60XW water lens with NA 1.2, WD 0.28 and a correction collar for coverslip thicknesses 0.13 to 0.21 mm. It is kept in a drawer because there isn't a free position in the nose piece. If you need to use this leans then please ask a member of the Light Microscopy Facility staff because the microscope software settings must be edited when an objective lens changes.
