Go to the Agendo home page: https://next.cirklo.org/ucl-lmcb. You might find it more useful to type the URL into the address bar of a new window or tab if you want to read these instructions at the same time.

On the Agendo home page, click where it says Click here to login in the top right of the screen and enter your Agendo username and password in the login box. You can also request login credentials by clicking New user.

After you've logged in, the Agendo home Home screen looks like this...

Navigate through Agendo refers to microscopes, computers and anything else that can be booked as Resources. Click the tabs on the left to see the available resources ordered listed in different ways (e.g. by Facility Type or Type)facility). LMCB resources are in the LMCB Light Microscopy facility. Click on any of the resources to book a time slots slot on the microscope calendar. LMCB resources are in the LMCB Light Microscopy facility.its calendar. In most cases you only have permission to book those machines on which you have been trained. Click the Permissions tab on the right to see the microscopes and computers you can use. Click a resource to open its calendar.
