Step-by-step guide

Things that MUST be tested are:

  • Uploading files
  • Check that Group Quota is 500Mb (Admin > Extensions > Plugin type: artefact > File:file) and update existing groups.
  • Making a Folder
  • Making a Page and adding an image
  • Editing a Page’s layout
  • Embeding external media into a Page
  • Add a Textbox block to a page
  • Creating a Group
  • Copying Pages to a Group
  • Editing an existing Group’s settings
  • Organising Pages into a Collection
  • Creating groups by CSV
  • Creating user accounts by CSV
  • Updating groups (ie adding members) by CSV
