How to revert a Class blog back to a blog

Any Class blog can be reverted back to being a simple blog by switching off the 'Class blog' setting. If you have an Admin role or sufficient editing permissions on a blog, you can follow these instructions to convert your blog into a Class blog:

  1. Login to Reflect (visit: https://reflect.ucl.ac.uk).
  2. Select the Class blog you want to turn back into a blog from the My Sites drop down menu.
  3. Click on My Class and select Settings.
  4. Click in the checkbox adjacent to: Class Blog:  This is a class blog to uncheck it.
    1. If the tick is greyed out and you can't uncheck it, this is because you have student blogs joined or attached to your Class blog. You need to detach/remove all of these blogs before you can return to these Settings and uncheck this checkbox.
  5. At the bottom of the screen click on Save.
