How to revert a Class blog back to a blog
Any Class blog can be reverted back to being a simple blog by switching off the 'Class blog' setting. If you have an Admin role or sufficient editing permissions on a blog, you can follow these instructions to convert your blog into a Class blog:
- Login to Reflect (visit: https://reflect.ucl.ac.uk).
- Select the Class blog you want to turn back into a blog from the My Sites drop down menu.
- Click on My Class and select Settings.
- Click in the checkbox adjacent to: Class Blog: This is a class blog to uncheck it.
- If the tick is greyed out and you can't uncheck it, this is because you have student blogs joined or attached to your Class blog. You need to detach/remove all of these blogs before you can return to these Settings and uncheck this checkbox.
- At the bottom of the screen click on Save.
