YesThe only reason we can think of that you'd need to do this is to test out the app before your students submit - for this kind of familiarisation we've provided some test assignments for you to work with. These are available on the Moodle E-Learning Champions Network (open to all staff) in a Turnitin Assignment titled Turnitin iPad app trial run, test papers.
Otherwise the answer is yes, if you log into your Moodle course using a Test Moodle Account , and submit a dummy submission. Contact ele@ucl.ac.uk for details.
