  1. Put the CO2 work head on your specimen with the valve to the right
  2. Connect the Luer tube (B in the image below) from the bottle trap to the CO2 work head valve by pressing in the red catch while pushing in the tube (C in the image below)
  3. Make sure there is water in the humidification bottle that's attached to the bottle trap. Do not put water in the trap; it's there to make sure no water gets splashed onto the specimen
