What is it?

The Common Timetable block gives students and staff access to their personal timetable and, if it is set up, the timetable for the module, programme or degree the Moodle course is associated with.

Why use it?

It allows both staff and students to quickly and easily access their personal timetables, as well as the timetable for that particular module or programme (if this is set up).

Who can use it?

Tutors and course administrators can add the block. See M05 - Organise blocks.

Further help

The Common Timetable block is a custom development available only on UCL Moodle, so there is no help available on moodledocs.

If you find any inaccurate or missing information you can even update this yourself (it's a communal wiki).

If you have a specific question about the tool please contact the Digital Education team.

Caution

Note that you can only have two module codes linked in this block, but there is provision to link to degree year timetables.
