Incubation chamber for timelapse microscopy

Cage Incubators

The cage incubators have legs and are self-supporting so they do not rest on the the microscope stand, which makes it easier to dissemble all or part of the chamber when access is needed. The chamber is heated by warm air supplied via flexible ducting from a Heating Box. The Heating Box must be placed close to the back of the chamber or too much heat is lost from the ducting and the chamber does not reach set point, which places restrictions on where you can install the systems. The flexible ducting should also be cut to length to reduce the distance the warm air has to travel to reach the chamber.
