When requesting a new Moodle course, there are 3 options to choose from listed below. Please make sure to provide the module code (if applicable) and a course title.

Request a duplicate of an existing course to be used as a new course template. Select this option if you would like to retain an existing course structure and its contents. This new duplicate is a shell for a new course. Please remember this duplicate course will not contain any student data from your previous course.
Based on a Departmental Template | Department-based templates or the Blank Connected Learning Baseline Module template are predefined in Moodle to be used as a shell for any new course. |

Blank Connected Learning Baseline Module Template | This option is primarily used for the creation of new course templates (if a department template does not exist) or used for testing for the Getting Started with Moodle or the Administering your Moodle Course. |
