Raise the condenser to its highest position, or at least so it's clear of the top of the stage. This is to stop the Ultraview Focus Drive hitting the condenser when the stage moves.
Make sure the large universal and multiwell plate stage adapters are on the right-hand side of the chamber. If they are on the left they will be crushed by the stage as it moves.
