If you select the clearing lens from the 'lens needed' list in Agendo then you must book your session in working hours (0900 - 1700) for a staff member to install the nosepiece prior to use and also to remove it afterwards. I estimate exchanging the nosepiece will take about 30 minutes. The calendar is configured so that it is possible to see which lens a user has booked. Facility staff now also receive emails whenever anyone books the machineand leave a 30-minute gap before and after your session so facility staff are available and can book short slots to exchange the nosepiece. |
