To request a new Moodle course, please complete the Moodle new course request form which you can find under the Staff Help menu on any Moodle page.
You will need the module code (if applicable) and course title.

To request a specific template, please select which template ('Based on a Departmental Template' or 'Blank Connected Learning Baseline Module Template'), and mention which department if applicable, in the additional information section when you request a new UCL Moodle course.
