UCL’s Enhancement Requests

View UCL’s documented enhancement requests in Sycamore

We are able to submit “customer wishes” (enhancement requests) to UNIwise at any time to be considered for development in future releases. If there is an improvement you would like to see in WISEflow, get in touch with your Faculty Learning Technology Lead in the first instance so that this can be triaged and raised with the Digital Assessment Team.

Tips for writing a good enhancement request:

• Make sure your request is realistically within scope. Are you asking for improvements to an existing feature in WISEflow? If you’re asking for something completely new, does it sound like something WISEflow would ever be designed for? (e.g. WISEflow is not designed as a solution for peer assessment and probably won’t be for the foreseeable future) If you’re not sure, there’s still no harm in asking!Explain how the enhancement will add value. What problem are you encountering currently that the enhancement will help solve or alleviate? Will it save time and/ or streamline a process that is commonplace in universities?

• Use specific and appropriate terminology. What specific role is your enhancement request related to? Does it involve a particular screen or button? You can always include screenshots for clarity if needed.
