Strategy for Making Moodle Resources Accessible: Pareto Principle
How to tackle this task over the summer?
Consider adopting Pareto Principle – change 20% of most frequently used resources to drive 80% of traffic to accessible resources.
Remember: as easy as A, B, C ...
Additional information about making different types of resources accessible is available on the

Pareto Principle
80/20 Rule
Mathematically, the 80/20 rule is roughly followed by a power law distribution (also known as a Pareto distribution) and many natural phenomena have been shown empirically to exhibit such a distribution.
In computer science the Pareto principle can be applied to optimisation efforts. For example, Microsoft noted that by fixing the top 20% of the most-reported bugs, 80% of the related errors and crashes in a given system would be eliminated.
