The subject of the study, study participant, e.g. Cohort Member in a cohort study

Person(s) with a parental figure relationship to the study participant (e.g. Mother, Father, Carer, Step Father etc)

Person(s) with a grandparent figure relationship to the study participant (e.g. Grand Mother, Grand Father)
