This feature contains key CTP Operational cyclical work that needs to be completed during this termly increment and service problems that take priority in being resolved but do not impact on / risk  service availability.

Team related work is also captured within this - e.g. recruitment.

In scope

Cyclical work:

• Moodle 3.9.12 and 3.9.13 releases
• Pen-test of Opinio & Wiki (IN05107749)
• Monthly Manual patching / re-deploy of Wiki & Opinio 
• Service Health Reviews - Schedule & docs

Key Fix

• Email delivery for Moodle - The suppression list feature has been disabled in AWS. Need to get to the bottom of the underlying causes of bounces of UCL accounts with UCC team
  • delay in getting the right email in the "mail" field in AD. Known issue. To be discussed with Identity Team at TI.
  • Various errors with alumni emails due to incorrect operation of current alumni script used to populate "mail" field in AD. Alumni email alias script to be re-done. UCC together with PI team.
  • deleted/disabled user accounts. Need to clean Moodle from these and discuss how to keep them out.
