Build upon work from last TI (TI4 - 2021/22 - Must do - Moodle 4.0 - New Theme Design) and improve theme to meet UCL community needs


In scope

Review feedback from Students and Staff and decide on any valid feature improvements to be made.

Deploy these changes to 4.x Demo site for review by focus group

Repeat exercise

Ensure that we have a stable DEMO platform
