Key information
The VLE team has been contacted by the Online Learning team to look towards and implementing a transfer of ownership over the technical management of the UCL Xtend platform.
In scope
Apply some changes to eXtend to onboard some SRE elements and infrastructure review
Identify what is being requested – SR/OPS
Agree what is being transfered and ensure that a RACI exisits
Work out an onboarding plan for eXtend
Formalise a timeline for the migration of eXtend to VLE product
Out of scope
Transferal of the service - This will be done in TI-03 or 04
