Process	Issue	Interim Solution
Entering Instruments	When changing the response domain on a question item, it looks like there are no other choices in the dropdown	Delete the contents of the dropdown for all options to appear.
Password	The reset password email is not being sent	If you forget your password, you will need to create a new account
