Need to finish this TI2 feature. Myportfolio container needs to be made stand-alone with no dependency on a shared Apache container.

Mahara 22.04 has also been released, so if we are doing a Mahara upgrade along with this, then we should go all the way up really in one go.

RHEL6 out of regular support & in extended support but not for long. Needs to be moved in 2021.

Dockerize Myportfolio to run wiki-app Docker servers

Similar endeavour as with Opinio. Run Mahara in Docker with pipelines to build & deploy to wiki-app server.
